Douce France is a visible diary of artist Henri Landier, consisting of 90 unique work that showcase a journey throughout France. The work of the 89-year-old French artist have been exhibited for the primary time in India on the Indo-French Cultural Heart below the French Embassy.

In an e-mail interview, Henri says his journey as a painter has developed through the years. “From a tragic imaginative and prescient of life to a serene mindset, I’ve undergone (a) transformation. I don’t paint the way in which I used to within the Fifties and I wouldn’t be capable to reproduce the work I made a couple of many years in the past,” he says.
